Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel a paid booking or subscription through the Platform subject to the following conditions:

Premium subscription

You may cancel your Hudukey Premium subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access to Premium features until the end of the cycle for which you have paid.

Event or group ride registration

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled event start time will receive a full refund less processing fees. Cancellations within 48 hours of the event start time are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.

One-time purchases

These are digital goods (maps, route packs) delivered immediately upon purchase. Cancellation after delivery is not available unless the content is materially defective.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events due to safety concerns, adverse weather, regulatory requirements, or force majeure. In such cases, Users will be notified and offered a full refund or credit.

2. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:

1. You cancel a booking within the applicable cancellation window as described in our Cancellation Policy.
2. Hudukey cancels a paid event or service and does not offer an acceptable alternative.
3. You are charged an incorrect amount due to a technical error on our Platform.
4. The paid feature or service was materially unavailable or defective, and you reported the issue to our support team within 7 days of the transaction.

Refunds are not available in the following circumstances:

• Dissatisfaction with ride experience, weather, road conditions, or other factors outside Hudukey's control
• Cancellations outside the applicable cancellation window
• Non-refundable items as listed in Section 4
• Accounts suspended or terminated for violations of our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, submit a request through the Hudukey app under Help > Refund Request, or email {{SUPPORT_EMAIL}} with your order reference number, the reason for the refund request, and supporting documentation where applicable.

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and communicate our decision within 7 business days.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Processing timelines are outside our control once the refund is initiated.

For payments made through the Unified Payments Interface (UPI) or net banking, refunds are processed in accordance with applicable RBI guidelines and NPCI timelines.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:

1. Platform convenience fees and payment processing charges applied at the time of transaction
2. Digital content (downloadable route packs, offline maps, digital certificates) once accessed or downloaded
3. Subscription fees for periods already elapsed at the time of cancellation
4. Late cancellations made within the non-refundable window specified in the Cancellation Policy
5. Promotional credits, cashback rewards, or referral bonuses applied to a transaction — these are non-refundable and non-transferable
6. Fees paid to third-party service providers (fuel, accommodation, permits) booked through Hudukey — refund eligibility is governed by the respective third-party provider's policy
