1. Conduct Standards
The Hudukey community is built on mutual respect, shared passion for riding, and a commitment to safety. All Users are expected to:
- treat fellow riders, organisers, and Hudukey staff with courtesy and respect, both on and off the Platform;
- share accurate and honest information when planning or describing rides, routes, and road conditions;
- prioritise the safety of all participants — never pressure others to ride beyond their skill level or in unsafe conditions;
- respect local communities, road users, and the environment during rides;
- provide constructive, good-faith feedback and reviews;
- honour commitments made to fellow riders, including RSVPs and ride organisation responsibilities;
- report safety hazards, accidents, or policy violations promptly through the Platform's reporting tools.
2. Prohibited Behaviour
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Hudukey Platform and during Hudukey-facilitated rides:
- Harassment, bullying, threats, or intimidation of any User, organiser, or third party
- Discrimination based on caste, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, nationality, or any other protected characteristic
- Sharing false, misleading, or defamatory information about other Users, routes, or road conditions
- Organising or promoting rides that violate Indian traffic laws, involve racing on public roads, or are intended to cause disruption
- Impersonation of other Users, Hudukey staff, or law enforcement
- Uploading obscene, pornographic, or otherwise harmful content
- Soliciting payments or personal information from other Users outside the Platform
- Using the Platform for commercial purposes without Hudukey's prior written consent
- Any conduct that endangers the physical safety of ride participants or bystanders
3. Enforcement
Hudukey reserves the right to take the following actions in response to violations of these Community Guidelines or our Terms of Service, at our sole discretion:
- Issue a warning to the User
- Remove or edit content that violates our policies
- Temporarily suspend the User's account
- Permanently ban the User from the Platform
- Report conduct to law enforcement where required by law or where it poses a risk to public safety
Reporting
Users who believe they have been subject to a violation of these guidelines by another User may report the conduct through the in-app reporting tool or by emailing {{TRUST_AND_SAFETY_EMAIL}}.
Appeals
If you believe an enforcement action taken against your account was made in error, you may appeal within 14 days of notification by contacting {{TRUST_AND_SAFETY_EMAIL}} with a written explanation. We will review the appeal and communicate our decision within 10 business days. Our decision on appeal is final.
